Founded in 1994 CORNEL & CORNEL TOPOEXIM company has as main activities:

- design and provision of services in geodesy, topography, cadastre, cartography and photogrammetry;
- consulting and technical support, software programs in geodesy, topography, cadastre, cartography and photogrammetry;
- distribution of specialized equipment – TOPCON;
- accredited as research and development unit under HG 551/2007 on natural sciences and engineering.

The company has modern equipment like total stations (Leica TC 307.407, Topcon GPT 3002-3005), GPS (Leica SR 530 and Topcon Hiper Plus) Digital Levels, Scanners A0 +, Plotters A0 + and so on.

               THEOTOP was launched in Romania on 26^th March 1990. At that time, the Romanian cadastre market was a confusing place for customers.
               Considering that our activity was based on topographic works, we had a difficult mission due to the poor legislation. Few people understood the benefits of the land registration and measuring.
               The 1996 year marks an evolutive period in our company’s existence. Law 7/1996 was the first legal support we had. Theotop could extend the services and launched as a leader in the Romania market.
               THEOTOP started to participate at national bids and to provide high quality services through the contracts that our team performed.
               During a decade of activity, we performed many cadastral works all over the Romanian territory, cooperating with important administrative institutions as Town Halls, Ministries, Government, entering the top positions in the cadastre field.
               THEOTOP is dedicated to provide quality services, putting the needs of our customers at the centre of everything we do. We have now a well defined costumers area and we achieved a prestigious financial status.
               FAYNOT is an European producer of topographic landmarks and accessorie and THEOTOP promotes and sells its products on the Romanian market.

               Founded at the beginning of our millennium, Geotop 2001 is the company which offers complete services in topography, cadastre, photogrammetry, land surveying and Geographic Information System (GIS).
               We pride ourselves that through Geotop 2001 contribution was promote the first protocol in Romania, between the National Survey Agency and the Special Department from The Ministry of Regional Development and Housing, for Data Base exchange in real estate register domain.

               Regarding photogrammetry services, Geotop 2001 achieves the first photogrammetric flight at scale 1:500 with digital camera for three cities: Iasi, Targu Mures, Craiova.
               In Cadastre and Topography domain, Geotop 2001 was the first autochthon company which accomplishes road cadastre using the laser technology flight at scale 1:500 and we are planning to achieve for the first time in Romania a 3D model for county roads, village roads and streets, with this technology.

               Complex projects accomplished in Iasi, Constanta and Targu Mures, as well as other projects in progress for Cluj Napoca and Craiova municipalities are included in our portfolio.
